Shaan

Shaan is one India’s most popular Bollywood Music stars. He began a career singing with his sister Sagarika and recording albums, notably Q-Funk which sold a million copies. In 2000 he won the MTV Asia Music Award for his solo album Tanha Dil.

In 2003, his album Aksar which extremely successful and contained songs featuring international stars like Blue, Mel C and Samir Said. His song “Shuruat” from was made into a music video to promote the film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardobe.

He has established himself as one Bollywoods leading playback singers and has sung for many movies like Pyaar Kabhi Kabhi, Hum Tum, Dhoom, Munnabhai, Don, Om Shanti Om, Welcome, Taare Zameen Par and 3 Idiots. In addition to this, he has recorded the theme song for the IPL team Deccan Chargers, “Go Chargers Go”
 
In the summer 2012, he along with Atif Aslam, Malaika Arora Khan and Bipasha Basu all performed for the first time together in a series of concerts in Birmingham and London.
